Join us for a morning of insight and opportunity as we explore how Hertfordshire’s thriving film & TV sector is driving sustainable growth — and how your business could be part of it.
Hertfordshire has firmly established itself as the global centre for film and screen industries, surpassing even Los Angeles in production activity. The region holds historical significance and global importance in the screen industries, with Elstree Film Studios celebrating its centenary. Iconic films such as Star Wars, Indiana Jones, The Muppet Show, and The Shining were made here, alongside newer projects including Wicked and Barbie at Sky Studios Elstree.
A film and TV project's supply chain requires a wide range of industries including building materials, security services, to equipment hire to catering and many more types of goods and services.
Whether you're in tech, logistics, catering, construction, or creative services, this event will help you uncover new ways to connect with the region’s expanding film & TV industry.
The film and TV supply chain spans a wide range of sectors — from production companies and equipment suppliers to post-production houses and distribution networks. Through the DCMS Create Growth Programme, Hertfordshire businesses are being supported to diversify, supply to the industry, strengthen their value propositions, and become investment-ready.
