Theo Constanti – PACE, Progression Academy of Chief Executives Ltd
In 2001 Theo had a motorbike accident where he lost his hand when he was 17. He recovered well and went to University and obtained an Economics degree.
When he was 19 he started an advertising business where he learnt salesmanship and how to run a company. By the time he was 21 he employed 70 people. At 23 he entered the world of construction by setting up The Marble Group Ltd. The company provides, marble, stone, tiling and construction services to architects, kitchen companies, interior designers, main contractors and builders. The Marble Group has completed works in Harrods, Selfridges and Harvey Nicholls as well as a number of the world’s leading hotels (The Dorchester, Hilton, W and more).
Theo is an accomplished businessman having won a young entrepreneur of the year award in his late 20s, he is a member of the Academy of Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs and was at one point the director of the largest business networking group of its kind in the country. Theo has been involved in programmes with Business Education Events and in 2020 Theo won an award by Santander as the Most Inspirational Business Mentor of the Year.
